Latino Professionals in Aerospace is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring, developing and supporting Latinos across aviation and aerospace. Through scholarships, mentorship, professional development and industry partnerships, LPA helps create pathways to opportunity and advance aerospace careers. In 2025, the association expanded its mission beyond pilots and adopted the name Latino Professionals in Aerospace to better serve engineers, maintenance professionals, technicians, students and other professionals across the aerospace ecosystem.
